Maximum corrosion resistance is ensured by a rigorous surface preparation, which includes Shot Blasting and chemical pre-treatment (Degreasing, Nano-Technological Treatment, Conversion, and Passivation). The coating process begins with a primer coat that is first applied and sent to the oven for curing. The final black finish is then applied and returned to the oven for a final cure, resulting in a long-lasting, ruggedly refined product.
